The Change Center is geared toward individual, personal or professional change goals.

  • For people needing additional assistance with developing emotional or behavioral competencies, individual consulting is beneficial.
  • Our consulting services help improve individual’s effectiveness and performance by assisting them to develop and reach work-related and personal goals.

 

  • Our most commonly used consulting models:
    • The consultee-centered model in which we help build new skills such as leadership skills, emotional intelligence competencies, and self-confidence.  
    • The behavioral consultational model which focuses more on problem-solving and leading you, the client towards identified goals.

 

  • To aid in the consulting process, an individualized development plan of action is designed based on assessment results. The plan serves as a guide to maximize work performance, enhance relationships, and/or meet other designated personal goals.
