Our Approach
Hall-Myers Consulting uses a 4-step process when working with clients: Assess, Educate, Implement, and Support.
Step 1: Assess
Every engagement starts with an assessment to determine the needs of the client. This step allows the consultant to understand the client’s situation. Informal assessments and interviews with key people will be included.
Standardized, research-based assessments are also administered during this step. In addition to observations and interviews, formal assessments provide a wealth of information helpful for individuals and organizations experiencing change. Gathering this information also helps us develop a plan of action along with those involved in the change.
Step 2: Educate
The educational component can take a variety of forms. It may include consultations with change leaders, other change champions, team members, and other stakeholders. Interactive workshops are also provided for various audiences such as leaders, teams, and/or mixed audiences.
Step 3: Implement
During this step, the rubber meets the road. We take all the information learned from steps 1 and 2 and implement the plan of action. This step varies in time depending upon the organization and its goals.
Step 4: Support
Individuals and organizations change at different rates. Some develop a program and apply self-discipline to reach their goals. Others may need additional help along the way. Whichever category you fall into, we are here to help you. We provide as much or as little support as you need. Support comes in the form of additional training and/or consulting, one-to-one or small group coaching. We are also available for booster sessions in which maintain a minimal level of engagement over the course of 6-months, 1-year, and 2-years.
